Lot 4A was previously approved (3/06) for construction of an office/warehouse building.  The plan was subsequently revised in September 2008 (SP #6651-SPV-003-D-1) to delete the proposed building.  The owner had revised the site plan for a two-story office building instead of the warehouse, and it is believed this revision is acceptable to Fairfax County but is has not been submitted for final approval.
